StylePulse Wear is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 of the United Kingdom.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • With all original tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.

Exempt Goods:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Swimwear and Underwear: Returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal has not been removed or broken.
  • Personalised Items: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Gift Cards.

3. Effects of Cancellation (Refunds)

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Shipping and Returns Process

  • Return Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • How to Return: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our registered office address without prior authorisation. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@stylepulsewear.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@stylepulsewear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

For faulty goods, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or a replacement, in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
