Shipping policy

StylePulse Wear is dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom (UK) Delivery:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (or Free Shipping if applicable during promotions).

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping times may vary between 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

StylePulse Wear (operated by SKYTERA LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

For UK customers: Orders under £135 are generally not subject to customs duty, but import VAT may apply depending on the shipping method used.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

StylePulse Wear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is lost in transit and verified as lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@stylepulsewear.com so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please email us immediately at contact@stylepulsewear.com. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to change the destination.
